Your information will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties outside of our internal evaluation panel and manufacturing partners where necessary for assessment purposes. We will retain your data only for as long as required to manage the competition and related follow-up communications, in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
You confirm that all submitted materials are your original work or that you have the right to submit them. Intellectual property remains yours unless and until a separate written agreement is entered into.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at FF@FashionFactoryUk.com.
